Can I see an out-of-network provider?
Yes. Out-of-network visits are covered at a reduced rate based on our usual, customary, and reasonable fee schedule. You may need to pay the provider directly and submit a claim for reimbursement. In-network visits always offer the lowest out-of-pocket costs.
Can I keep my current dentist?
Search for your current dentist in our provider directory. If they are in-network, you can continue seeing them at in-network rates. If they are out-of-network, you can still see them but at reduced coverage. You can also request that your dentist join our network.
