Your digital ID card is available immediately after enrollment. Log in to the member portal and click "ID Card" to view, download, or add it to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. You can also print a physical copy from the portal.
How do I access the member portal?
Visit portal.usdentalvision.com and log in with the email address and password you used during enrollment. From the portal you can view your plan details, file claims, find providers, download ID cards, and manage your account settings.
How do I update my personal information?
Log in to the member portal and go to "Account Settings." You can update your address, phone number, email, and payment method. Name changes require verification and can be submitted through the portal with a valid ID.
