Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no annual contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel at any time through the member portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Log in to the member portal and go to "My Plan" then "Change Plan." Select the new plan you want to switch to. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any price difference is prorated.
Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you retain coverage for the remainder of the month you have already paid for. We do not issue partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.
Can I remove a dependent from my plan?
Yes. Log in to the member portal, go to "My Plan," and select the dependent you want to remove. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your monthly premium will be adjusted accordingly.
