Glasses & Frames Coverage — Designer Eyewear Made Affordable

A quality pair of prescription glasses can cost $400 to $800 without insurance. Our vision plans include a generous frames allowance — up to $300/year on Family+ — that you can use at any participating optical retailer. Pick the frames you actually want, not just the ones you can afford.

Frames & Lenses Benefits

  • Frames allowance: $150 (Essentials), $220 (Complete), $300 (Family+)
  • Single vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses covered
  • Anti-reflective and scratch-resistant coatings included
  • Polycarbonate lenses for children included
  • Use at any participating optical retailer

How the Allowance Works

  • Applied automatically at checkout
  • Choose any frames up to your allowance amount
  • Pay only the difference if you go over
  • Allowance resets every plan year
  • Can be combined with retailer promotions
