How Payments Work

Due on the 1st

Monthly premiums are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments have a 15-day grace period before coverage is affected.

Accepted Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

Instant Receipts

A receipt is emailed to you immediately after payment. You can also download past receipts from your account page.

Billing Questions

What happens if I miss a payment?
You have a 15-day grace period after your due date. During this time, your coverage remains active. If payment is not received after the grace period, your plan may be suspended. Call us at (800) 963-4596 to resolve any payment issues.
Can I set up automatic payments?
Yes! Contact our support team at (800) 963-4596 and we'll set up autopay on your account. Your card on file will be charged automatically on the 1st of each month.
Can I pay for multiple months at once?
Currently, payments are processed one month at a time. If you'd like to prepay multiple months, call us at (800) 963-4596 and we can arrange that for you.
