How long does enrollment take?
The online enrollment process takes about 3-5 minutes. Your application is reviewed within 24 hours. Once approved, you'll receive your Policy ID and digital ID card via email.
Can I enroll family members?
Yes! Select the "Family" coverage tier during enrollment to include your spouse and dependents. Each member gets their own ID card. You can also call us at (800) 963-4596 to enroll your family over the phone.
When does coverage begin?
There are no waiting periods. Once your enrollment is approved and your first premium is paid, coverage is active immediately. You can visit a provider the same day.
