Where do I find my Policy ID?
Your Policy ID was sent in your enrollment confirmation email. It follows the format DVI-2026-XXXXX. If you can't find it, call us at (800) 963-4596 and we'll look it up for you.
How do I request a new ID card?
Your digital ID card is always available here in your account. If you need a physical card mailed to you, call us at (800) 963-4596 and we'll send one within 5-7 business days.
Can I update my personal information?
To update your name, address, or contact info, call us at (800) 963-4596. For security, personal info changes require phone verification.
